"Very nice spot right in the heart of Beaufort. Walkable to all of the downtown spots (cafe's, marina, shops). Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was impressive with good choices. The room was on the smaller side, accurate and as advertised but still smaller than most hotel rooms (queen bed and desk/chair, no room for other seating like a sofa or easy chair). Great value for the price in an area of many boutique spots."

"There was an old dilapidated restaurant adjacent to the property. Almost looked attached. They need to tear it down. It did not make for a good approach to the hotel."

"Clean room, pleasant staff, breakfast buffet or order off menu not included. But that’s ok Mike was the best breakfast chef. They have a dining area in the evening which we enjoyed 1 night. "
