Cari Chalet di Lower Manhattan

"The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. We had no issues besides"

"Visited for our wedding night and another night and staff she does incredibly well and left a very sweet romantic surprise in our room. Tiny room but well organized although could use a tiny more storage space. Overall all amazing."

"This hotel was absolutely terrible. Our stay was a complete disappointment, and we had a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel did not meet our expectations, and we were very dissatisfied with our stay."

"We had an absolutely wonderful 2 day stay for my son’s wedding! Traveling with a family group—including the bride and groom, the bride's parents, and her sibling—can be tricky to coordinate, but the hotel went above and beyond for us. "Amazing food, great service, cozy atmosphere!"

"Nice rooms and great location close to the subway, soho, little Italy, and Chinatown. It was great."

"Great service"

"Room was small as expected for a hotel room in manhattan, but clean. bed springs were loud and you can hear honking from the street. The area is relatively quiet though. You can hear everything from neighbors including door slamming, footsteps, and conversations. Staff were very nice overall. Location was convenient, by the 1 and not far from A/C."

"The staff were very kind. The room was very small but clean with nice amenities. They definitely do the best with what they have. It’s in a bit of a sketchy area at night. I was alone so it was fine and met my needs but I wouldn’t bring my family there. Kind, clean and well maintained in a bit undesirable location."

"Near Little Italy & Chinatown. Comfortable, no significant amenities but did have coffee available, pastries in the morning & cookies in the evening. About a 30min train ride to Times Square area. Can also take airport bus & train, about 1 hour total."

"Great hotel. Loved the neighborhood. Staff was fantastic. Staff could not have been more helpful. Shoutout to Bjorn and Paris!"
