"My sisters sheets were soiled upon arrival and the towels were not fresh. For my room I had electrical issues and was shocked by the outlet by the sink. I was majorly upset and asked for help for three days. Three different employees were not helpful and had offered me AAAA drink or breakfast to compensate.
