"I didn’t know I had to pay $219 for a hold on the room on top of the room fee of $254 then $100 deposit for half of a night due to me having a layover. I think I would definitely do more research on this hotel prior to visiting, that was a lot of money to pay out!!!"

"It’s somewhere to sleep. The surrounding area was filthy. There is a grocery store right next door and the sidewalks are disgusting and smells of garbage. The hallway of our floor smelled like citrus and fish. The housekeeping staff was pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was like fighting off wild beasts for a cup of coffee. The A/C worked and we slept well."

"This hotel is pretty convenient as far as the destination spot. You are in LES but not far at all from west village, China town, Tribeca & little Italy. It’s very easy to walk to any of those spots from this hotel. As far as the hotel itself & staff, I didn’t find it to be a wow factor. Checking in took quite some time & it didn’t seem like the front desk was in a hurry to get the line literally out the door checked in. I even did the precheck in and it didn’t save me any time.
