"The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was, as advertised, very small but felt roomier thanks to a huge mirror that doubled the light coming in the window and the sense of space. There's a compartment under the bed for luggage as well as a couple of drawers, one with a safe. The bed was very comfortable, despite being quite narrow. The cleaning staff do an amazing job, the shared bathroom down the hall was immaculate, as were the halls and the room itself. Easily accessible via subway. Lots to see and do in the area."

"The hotel was in a super convenient spot with the train station nearby, walking distance to some stores, super clean, and the views were great from our room. We got lucky with the beautiful Empire State view. The extra resort fees did not make sense as we did not have any time to use the amenities, the purpose of the stay was to visit the city."
