"The property was clean and well kept. The staff was amazing and very helpful. For NYC the parking garage was near by and decently priced. Many dining options near by. Quick walk to subway red line which made going uptown easy. "

"I come to FiDi regularly and this place is always a solid choice! Friendly staff and spotless room, as always. My only beef is the channel guide on the TV is kinda wacked-out (channel list was in the wrong order) so it was tough to find something to watch. "

"Staff were helpful and courteous and very patient. The area is quiet and nice. Close to many attractions, piers and an accessible subway station (South Ferry) and the Staten Island ferry. Hotel was quiet and the guest laundry self-service is a plus. Highly recommend if you want to stay in a non touristy area. "
