"This is an older property near ground zero, the Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island in the financial district. There is an elevator that takes you to the fifth floor registration. Of the three elevators there, only one works.
Once checked in there are three elevators to take you to your floor. Only one of those works. With over 400 rooms that creates a lot of waiting.
I paid more for a corner room, and it was nice and sunny, but rather small with a definite 70’s vibe. The bed was really comfortable. Our TV never worked despite being told it was fixed twice.
The location was great for what we wanted to see, but there were other, more up-to-date hotels I would try next time."
