"Rooms were very sparce. No bedside tables or lighting other than overhead bright white lights. Everything painted black including the hallways and the interior room area, ceiling and bathroom. TV was not connected to internet or any TV service. Door and window to a courtyard overlooked a pile of stuff under a blue tarp. Air conditioning worked well. Lobby and exterior looked good. For the price I would not expect much, but the decor choices made it very undesirable. The bed seemed new and linens...

"Property is in the heart of New York and places of interest are a walk or train ride away. It has its own New York charm. You will have to keep your luggages light and few in number as there are no elevators/lifts."

"Honestly no issues for an affordable travel. If you’re not so critical and simply looking for a place to stay after exploring a city it’s a good option. The only thing for feedback is the lack of elevators. Only 1 works."

"My stay at the AC hotel wasn’t too bad. The staff was pleasant however, the rooms could’ve been cleaner (the shower.) Also, rats were in front of the establishment when coming and going at night which is kind of scary being that the hotel has sliding doors that are opening and closing frequently."

"The room was clean except there was a random hair in the shower. I didn’t like how close the rooms were and how small the floors were. Meaning when you get off the elevator it felt like a bunch of doors crammed together so anyone could easily sneak up and push their way into the room while you were entering. There was also a housekeeping wagon sitting in front of my room door in the very narrow hall during my 3 night stay."

"Place is basic but great. The tv remote you have to ask for at the desk and didn’t work for me but I think this can be remedied. Air conditioner was good. Room and bathroom very clean"
