"Wonderful stay in Brussels! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with such friendly and helpful staff. I especially loved the rooftop bar—it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"とにかく便利な場所にあります。毎日ブリュージュやヘントなどに出かけていたので駅の真ん前なのはとても助かりました。困った事は、３時過ぎて部屋に帰っても掃除が済んでいなくてラウンジで待つことが何度かあった事です。せっかく便利な場所にあり、観光の途中で休みたいのに落ち着きませんでした。"

"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, and overall everything was good. The room was comfortable, the service was nice, and we enjoyed our stay.
The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. We stayed for 6 days, and unfortunately, the food selection was almost the same every day. We would have appreciated more variety and some changes in the daily options, especially for guests staying for several nights.
Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying again, but...

"The battery on my door lock died, and despite being told that they were trained to fix this, it took an hour trying several screwdrivers, batteries etc, half of which I was spend in the corridor as they did not bring a master key. Would suggest more staff training, but otherwise hotel is good."

"The staff was very friendly and attentive with all day service. Rooms were clean and spacious. Safe area, a bit of distance from the busier city center. Rooftop bar was chic and not super expensive.
