"Just a little disappointed in the cleaning people for my room there was some type of debris on my carpet. The front desk was very helpful, but it never seemed to get resolved. I don’t think the cleaning lady actually had a vacuum to use. Also, during my stay, I don’t feel a tidied up as much as I should have Otherwise, the downstairs staff was absolutely exceptional Breakfast was expected same stuff you always get Could use some more parking but again you can’t do anything about that not the companies or the staff‘s fault"

"The lobby was open and well lighted. The clerk was very accommodating. We arrived early and went by to verify check in time which was 3:00 but she said they might have a room by 1:00. We went sightseeing and came back around 2:30 and they did have a room for us. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had several individual toiletries. The rooms opened inside a hallway which could have been better lighted but when we got there a housekeeping staff was vacuuming and the carpet was clean. The breakfast was spot on with a variety of breakfast foods including bacon!"

"Parking is limited in front and on the sides. Room in rear but cant use the door or it's broken. Have to walk around and the sidewalk doesn't go all the way around. Very inconvenient. No room service but has a bar? New clean place and rooms. But the elevators doors and panels are not wiped along the top. Was same prior visit a month ago. Over all great place with free breakfast"

"The hotel lobby was clean and updated. When I arrived the elevator was broken and being disabled I had to take a first floor room. The room they gave me was a large suite but out dated. It was clean. The front desk staff was friendly. The housekeeping staff seemed to not speak very little English or they just didn't want to help. My tv wasn't working so I asked them if they could fix it and all she said was 'front desk'. The front desk staff told me that the cable was down. I stayed in the hotel two nights and spent one night and one day without a tv. The breakfast was great. Omelets, gravy, biscuits, sausages, bagels, cereals, pancakes, and yogurts. Juice and milk also. My stay was just for relaxing in between a trip to visit my sons and granddaughters in KY and going back home in SC. The hotel has a gym, outside pool and a business center area."

"A clean, nice place to stay with helpful staff, good breakfast (sausage and eggs, etc.). Air conditioning was moderate; it was off when we got there. Turned it on, went to dinner, and it was beginning to cool upon return. Didn't get really cool until midnight."
