"From the moment we arrive, the service was very professional and warm. We came to enjoy the world cup and the front desk provide us with the information needed to go to the stadium (not too far from the hotel) the food was great as well and the coffee was excellent. "We did not have a very good stay. Upon arrival we were told that the water was going to be turned off the following day from 11:30am-3pm during which time we could not use the sink, shower or toilet. Needless to say this was quite inconvenient.
Additionally, housekeeping had not cleaned our room by 3:30pm. We told the front desk about it and they said they would have it taken care of right away, so we made sure to leave our room for the next hour. Upon our return, it had still not been cleaned....
