The staff were incredibly helpful, the hotel was very clean, and dinner was excellent. Having Louvre-Lens just across the street was an added bonus. There was also ample free parking, which made exploring the area by car very easy. The continental breakfast was decent, though my expectations may have been a little too high after such a fantastic meal the night before."
