"So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply. That’s sad - and annoying - but I also emailed them directly. The hotel has a little kitchen with a hob. Very sparsely furnished with cups at and absolutely no cleaning stuff. Wir waren richtig tief enttäuscht, und wir mussten die Gerichtspreise richtig studieren,um nicht drüber zu bezahlen. Nach Reklamation beim Hotelmanager,wurde uns gar nicht weiter geholfen....

"Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles"
