The room had no bulbs. Bathroom was dirty. Someone put a hole in Bathroom door. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Just felt unsafe. So we left.

There was flies all over my room, stains on the bedsheets, the ceiling paint was falling on us as we slept, the room reeked of cigarettes no matter how much we sprayed febreeze and had multiple crack heads knocking on our door throughout the night. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here

Not what we expected. Bad rooms, not clean at all. Dirty , bathroom not clean . And towels were thin and rought. Beds were rough. People were nice but a Big No.

This property was not as advertised. There were many problems with the room including dirty floors, sheets, mattresses, damage, and what looked like mold. There was litter everywhere outside and people loitering outside that harassed me and asked to shower in my room. We did not feel safe and moved to another hotel after entering the room. The on duty manager was very nice and offered a refund, however it seems that the refund is being denied by the company.

Front desk clerk screamed at wife telling her to leave because she asked for the room that was reserved when he gave her a different one. She left and went to another hotel. She had to call the police to meet her back at Baymont to get her drivers license because he wouldn’t give it back when asked for it before she left. Very frightened of the man. The police said they were very aware of that hotel and they had problems there frequently.

Had a problem with my room with roaches and mouse’s and went to go ask for another the guy at the front desk was not helping us at all and told my wife to shut up because every new room that he gave us was not clean or somebody else was in it
