"The Goods: The staff was AMAZING! We felt for the front desk clerk for it was her first night alone and everything that could go wrong did for her but she still managed to help her guest the best she could. The crew the next morning apologized for our poor stay. The Texas waffle was the BOMB! We didn't get to enjoy the pool, the hot tub or the gym.
The Bads: The room still had dog food all over the floor, the room had NO hot water, and the coffee maker was not all there. The credit card machine messed up when we paid for the pet deposit. It showed it declined but instead it charged and we had to pay in cash too because the clerk was new and didn't know what to do after already being stressed out with all the other problems happening."
