No blinds on the widow + TV with antennas

Generally, facilities, staff and locations were really good but..there was no roller blinds on the kitchen side window. Maybe they didn't have time to fix it after other guest(just before us) left. And TV was with antennas, not cable or other services. With that reason(and flikering), we could not watch clean pictures on TV.
