"Our room was not serviced in any way throughout our two-night stay, even though we had left the “Service Requested” magnet on the outside of the door. The garbage was not removed, and the towels were not replaced. The floor was filthy, my feet and socks were black after walking on the floor. When I went to the desk to request clean towels, the clerk wanted to know why I wanted more towels. I suppose he thought we only needed one shower the whole weekend. He also didn’t believe me about the floor, then he fussed at me when he brought more towels because I left the door unlatched in order to get back in the room after the visit to the office. He insisted that was why the floor was dirty, the “dust” had gotten into the room because the door was not securely latched. There was no dust, it had been very rainy all week. There was also black mold in the bathtub."
