"Great check in ! Very kind , easy and fast"

"Male staff were extremely disrespectful verging on harassing. Utter disregard for your safety. People banging on the door at 5:44 in the morning. Had people messing with your car. When you ask for help from the reception staff, they were mocking and rude. They didn’t send check-in information so I was out on the street at night asking how to get into the building. The light fixture was broken and didn’t work. They didn’t fix it. The kitchen area was not clean."

"This boutique hotel just re-opened. Everything is very chic and squeaky clean. It was very lightly booked when I went so the staff were incredibly attentive. They're still working a few bugs out, but everything was pretty smooth. For example, there weren't instructions on parking, but when I arrived, I called their number. "Hotel is beautiful, rooms are stunning, bed very comfy. Two free water cans in fridge every day which was great. Restaurants on site were lovely, although expensive. Staff were uninterested at best which was the only real downside to this hotel. Surrounding area is also not very safe for a solo traveller so beware where you walk."

"Fantastic hotel, beautiful resort- like, high end aesthetic, with great service staff. J from concierge helped us get a rental vehicle for the last 2 days of our stay, and helped arrange for the rental car to be dropped off and picked up from the hotel - he made it really easy for us! Nice large pool, always had seating available. Complimentary coffee in the rooms and lobby in the mornings was also a huge benefit.
