"We felt the warm hospitality of our hosts. They were helpful with navigating us to interesting sites in Lucca and suggest more scenic towns to visit. Our room was outstanding an we were very comfortable. The spa was a plus. The B&B is fitted with state of the art access control and we were free to access the common areas if needed. "Very disappointing — only suitable for a one-night stay
Sadly, this hotel was a huge let-down. The only positive points for us were that the air conditioning worked well, the room was clean enough, and it was dark and quiet enough for sleeping.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself is very old and tired inside. The hallways and other areas have stickers and patches everywhere, seemingly covering holes and damage in the flooring and walls, which really adds to the run-down feel.

"This is a lovely place to stay in a wonderful location central to everything in Lucca. The room was clean, spacious, well decorated and importantly air conditioned (needed in that august heat!)

Ausreichende und gute Auswahl (auch glutenfreies) allerdings aufgrund der geringen Anzahl der Zimmer vieles abgepackt. Obstsalat z.B. zum Selbermachen 😉."

"The check in was fine but thereafter we were on our own. The shower drain was clogged and it became difficult to use without water overflowing on to the floor area.
The part time receptionist was lovely and helpful with recommendations but after her shift no one was at the site. Street parking was not available and we had to pay extra for the hotel lot.
The air conditioning did not work well as we could not adjust the temperature. The location, like everything in Lucca was fine."

"B&b molto carino a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e con il parcheggio incluso. Camera grande e pulita (aveva addirittura una vasca idromassaggio enorme), colazione varia ed abbondante. Personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile ad aiutare. Siccome la nostra stanza affacciava su strada abbiamo trovato dei tappi per le orecchie in camera, un'attenzione in più verso il cliente!
