Hotel Keluarga di Lucca

"Everything about this hotel is amazing. Location is perfect. They offer snacks, coffee, and other drinks for free in their small cafeteria. There is a happy hour at 5pm. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. We will return."

"The hotel is very well situated in the walled city of Lucca. Everything nearby is walkable from the hotel with tons of food/bars and even the train station, where trains will take you to Florence and many other destinations. The staff at the hotel will always welcome with a smile and ask about your day! Those that don't speak English, are quick to utilize a translating app on their phones to maintain communication. Excellent experience and will return for a second vacation!"

"We loved everything about this hotel. Convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff, great buffet breakfast and was in a great location. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Lucca."

Breakfasts were fine and the room was very comfortable. The bar came in handy as well. Here are the only negatives: no facial tissues (not a huge deal but it was just a bit strange. So here's the only REAL problem: the cleaning staff were EXTREMELY loud starting at 8 AM in the hallway outside our room. Loud talking, laughing, banging stuff,...

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Diana! The location was perfect and so convenient for exploring beautiful Lucca. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with such an incredible variety of fresh and tasty choices. And the staff were wonderful—so warm, sweet, and accommodating. They truly made us feel welcome and made our stay even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. We will definitely be back to Hotel Diana! ❤️"
