"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel San Marco. Pietro was kind and knowledgeable and the staff at breakfast were also extremely nice and fast to respond. Breakfasts were fine and the room was very comfortable. The bar came in handy as well. Here are the only negatives: no facial tissues (not a huge deal but it was just a bit strange. "We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Diana! The location was perfect and so convenient for exploring beautiful Lucca.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with such an incredible variety of fresh and tasty choices. And the staff were wonderful—so warm, sweet, and accommodating. They truly made us feel welcome and made our stay even more special.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. We will definitely be back to Hotel Diana! ❤️"

"Monica is friendly and tries hard to make sure you have a good stay.
Good location, but there can be noise.
The breakfast is at a nearby coffee shop. You get a 10 Euro credit and choose what you like. Worked good for us.
The room is not brand new, but we liked it. There is good storage space."

"House has the feel of prior centuries, but is well maintained with modern conveniences. Two block from the old city on a quiet residential street. Three blocks away the other direction is a bakery and several restaurants. Supermarcato is within a reasonable walk"
