"Établissement au top. Personnel très agréable et sympathique. Nous avons fait appel à la réception, pour un souci technique, le problème a été réglé en 2 minutes , l agent d entretien est intervenu 30 secondes après notre appel. Chambre très propre et piscine très agréable. Pas loin du centre-ville , notre séjour à été très agréable. Nous recommandons l établissement Smart Hôtel Alicante. Nous y retournerons sans problème."

"Excellent location, very clean hotel with good-sized rooms and facilities. Rooms are soundproofed from each other but corridor noise can be heard. Doors slam if allowed to close automatically. Good assortment of breakfast food but bacon needs a jackhammer to cut it, mushrooms and fried eggs tend to be very greasy. "The hotel is standard but rooms are quite small with a lot of damp smells. The bathrooms fan was soo noisy and the bathroom door would constantly get stuck when trying to open both ways. The jacuzzi was dirty and cold so could not use it unfortunately and only 2 sun loungers. Location is ok if you’re happy to walk around abit. Staff were good. "The room was very clean and modern, the hot tub was wonderful, just what we needed after a day exploring Only issue we had was we couldn't leave our bags in the luggage storage as the code didn't work, and I messaged to see if we could leave them for a few hours on the day we checked out and I still haven't had a response. I ended up paying for storage near the airport bus stop instead"
