From the very first step into the hotel, I felt genuinely welcomed. Baji at the reception was absolutely wonderful — warm, professional, and truly attentive. His hospitality immediately made me feel at home and set the tone for the entire stay. I would also like to thank the gentleman from Iraq at the reception (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name). He was equally kind, helpful, and welcoming — a true example of excellent service.The location of the hotel is simply perfect. It is within easy walking distance of Lucerne’s main attractions, yet at the same time it offers privacy and a peaceful atmosphere where you can truly relax and unwind. This balance is rare and very special. This hotel made a huge impact on me. It was my first visit to Switzerland, and honestly, this stay is one of the main reasons I fell in love with Lucerne. Everything — from the people to the location and the overall atmosphere — was exceptional.
I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lucerne. Thank you for such a memorable experience.
