Budget stay in Luzern

It was a budget hotel but close to buses, trains and walking distance to lake and cafes. Toilet was snug but shower was ok. Bed was comfy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We only wanted a bed and were out each day.

We upgraded to the biggest room last-minute after reading about the smaller room size on the internet, and we are so glad we did! Facilities were very clean, and the hotel was walkable to the station and the Luzern city centre. The only complaint we would have was the wifi kept dropping in and out, maybe due to the location of our room.

We had a great experience even for a short stay! Joyce, Hugo & Alex are very friendly. They welcomed us with a big smile. Even though the room is small it has everything we need. It is nice that there is a free pass for bus rides for all the travelers. Very close to the main train station and bus stop is a walk away to/from hotel. We will stay here again for sure - Thanks Ibis!

Great Location and Service with Free Transport

While the room was somewhat small, it was great in the sense of all the lights and the ability to control them from your bed. Additionally each side of the bed as well as the top of the bunk bed have their own lights as well. It was a great stay overall. We only had the breakfast one day but it was good. Highly recommend as not far away from the bus stop and they provided a free bus pass for us to use in Luzern during our stay (since we trained and did not have a car)
