"I can’t say enough about Jennifer(I think) she was on at 7pm when we checked in. She was so amazing, doing it all by herself, out sweeping the mat at like 10pm, she was making cookies and answering phones and just on top of everything. The hotel is perfectly located for shopping and breakfast was great. Gym is decent and tho no waterslide, the pool is 24 hour. Outdoor fireplaces… great stay"

The breakfast was one of the largest buffets I’ve been through around the world and in the lounge you can have lunch and dinner. The room is a very nice size. "Where do I begin, first off the property is awesome, peaceful and beautiful. BUT we got there and the heaters (3) did not work, it was a very cold sleep. The next day we noticed that we had no coffee or utensils, we were given coffee and utensils. We were given a heater but that still left the bathroom freezing. We only had 1 facecloth which was corrected. Later the first day we found that the only water coming in the shower was scalding hot, we could not shower. When we attempted to watch TV it...
