From the moment we arrived, the check-in experience was friendly, welcoming and incredibly efficient. The staff were professional and helpful, creating a great first impression. Our room was beautifully presented, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Everything felt well maintained, and the attention to detail made the stay particularly enjoyable. The breakfast was another highlight, with an excellent choice of options to suit different tastes. There was plenty of variety, and the quality was consistently very good. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, making it an ideal base for exploring London and getting around the city, while still offering a relaxed and comfortable environment away from the busiest areas. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, an excellent breakfast and a wonderful location - everything you could want from a London hotel. I would definitely stay here again!"
