Everything met our expectations and we had a nice , relaxing time at the resort . We hiked up to the fire tower and was rewarded with spectacular views!

By far, our favorite place to stay at as a family. The staff is always very friendly, courteous and kind, and the property is breathtaking. The views of the mountains and the foliage were absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious and well taken care of. We especially enjoyed the hot tubs with the Mountain View.

We love this hotel and the views were Amazing.. We stay at Adam’s building and we love to spend relaxing time in the outside jacuzzis , The hotel has a nice indoor restaurant where you can order breakfast. The staff were kind and helpful. We got a suite with one room and we had everything we need to be comfortable with our two kids.

The setting is beautiful at the base of the ski slope. Staff is very accommodating. Clean and all basic amenities were in good working order.

We only stayed one night, we arrived at dark and left in the morning because we were just stopping on our way to Maine. When we walked outside the next morning and actually saw the property at daylight we were blown away at the beautiful views. The fall colors were breathtaking. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. I would love to come back and stay a few days and just take everything in.

"Great location, and the staff made it right!" The room was on the smaller side, and we had an issue with the AC. The staff quickly gave us a new room and handled our luggage, so we didn't have to move it ourselves. We slept peacefully after that. The location is great, and there are plenty of options nearby for kids to play. We will definitely book again!

The room was huge, clean and comfy, perfect for our one night work related stay. All the staff, especially Deann at the front desk, and the waistaff and planner at the wedding we were at, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with their kindness and professionalism.

Bed was a very uncomfortable Murphy bed which was not disclosed when booking. Property and room did not feel clean. Property amenities were nice and in a convenient location.

My daughter and I were looking for someplace to meet in the middle… one coming from upstate New York and one coming from Massachusetts.This was not the first hotel we looked at. Fortunately it is the one we stayed at! The facility is very nice, even though older still very well maintained. Staff was exceptional! The location was perfect for just a fun getaway weekend. The downtown area has some lovely restaurants and shops but the restaurant at the resort was also very good. We enjoyed the area so much. We're talking about going again in the winter, even though neither of us have skied in ages!

Everything about this property was exceptional, EXCEPT the bed. We had an amazing time, enjoyed the lift to view fall colors & mountain coaster. But we had a miserable experience sleeping. The beds are like rock. I know it's the granite state, but get some toppers!

After check in, we went to our room (516). When we walked in, there were people already there and they had slept in our beds! We were initially quite upset and I immediately went to the front desk and complained. To the benefit of management and the staff, they apologized many times for the misstep. And immediately upgraded up to a two bedroom suite.

The room was clean and the front desk staff were very neat and pleasant, but the bathroom water pressure was way too weak. There was also no vending machine, so there was nowhere to get water—it felt like you'd need to bring all your own food and drinks if you stay there. Overall, it was quiet and clean.
