"I made a mistake and booked for the next week. The host answered the WhatsApp at 10pm and graciously opened a room. Good customer service.

"We booked this apartment because we wanted the option of self catering and a terrace or balcony we could have breakfast on. The advert is cleverly worded and photographed to give the impression there is a usable balcony, with a city view. There isn’t, it’s the bottom of an internal light well complete with washing machine and water dripping from the air conditioning unit of the apartment above leaving a damp drains odour. "Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, well-appointed apartment.
Better information needs to be provided that it is impossible to park anywhere close to the hotel, even just to drop off luggage, due to highly restricted street access that is limited to taxis and commercial vehicles. So park off-site and taxi to hotel is necessary"

"Our stay with Bibo Suites couldn't have been nicer. The people were warm and welcoming. There was a misunderstanding on our part about the availability of cutlery items. We misinterpreted the labeling. When the issue was addressed via text/email, the staff was quick to make SURE that we had what we needed. Our location was right next to the cathedral. It was PERFECT for us so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We totally enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Bibo Suites!"

"The location is wonderful for exploring the Alhambra area. You can walk to the Sacromonte and Albaicin areas as well.
