"Cuarto limpio, desayuno buffet del domingo muy bueno. La de los otros días, muy básico, no acorde con el estándar de un hotel de esas características. Si bien la atención del front desk fue buena, hubo momentos en que no había nadie en la recepción. En términos generales, una estadía placentera."

"Staff are Great, lovely Hotel. Shower was problematic, as soon is it is hot; it’s too hot. So one adjusts it to colder, then too cold, and could not regulate the temperature. Constantly going back and forth; ruining the morning shower experience. It was the same last year as well."

"A nice quiet getaway about 35 minutes from Cuenca. Surrounded by nature, enabling one to go for walks. It is a family run place and the hosts are very friendly and helpful."

"It is a very cute hotel in the center of of Cuenca's historic district close to very good restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and clean. That being said, it is a busy loud area and my room had a street side balcony. So if you have sleep issues this isn't a good choice for you. The amenities were few but I did appreciate being able to refill my water. Also, I found the cats adorable but if you are allergic you need to be aware of them."

The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to see while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was unbeatable: warm, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. They truly made us feel at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options each...

"Directly in Cuenca el centere. Perfect for walking. Go to the street vendors and grab some authentic Ecuadorian street food in the evening. Very friendly staff. Building was well kept and clean though a bit noisy. Beautiful old hardwood floors announced every visitor. There is on-site parking for about $4 overnight. A lovely light breakfast was provided"
