"The hotel staff are courteous and attentive. Lobby and dining room welcoming and efficient. Food was good. The housekeeping is outstanding. Our cleaners were excellent and accommodating. This is a bus tour hotel and the tours are well managed and guests add lively vibe to dining room. The swimming pool which is a huge asset, needs refurbishment. "This is our go-to for travel in and out of Tours since it’s immediately adjacent to the TGV station. It’s always clean and the staff always pleasant. Everyone we have encountered also speaks pretty good English. This is not a fancy-pants hotel with luxe appointments, but always reliable. They have a parking lot and excellent little pates de fruits bonbons at the reception desk."

I literally looked up why it was not Michelin rated using AI, and the answer I got was the food critics don't usually travel far south to the rural area. My room was very spacious and clean, and the very powerful air conditioning was much appreciated in this heatwave.
