"First of be aware that although several properties have the same Roxy name they do not share facilities except for breakfast. If you are staying at the Villas and townhouses you, can only use the pool at the townhouses. The beach is a 7 minute walk across the main road. It’s a nice beach but there are crocodile warnings everywhere, so it’s not recommended to swim. We stayed in the townhouses which were nice and roomy, you can sleep 6 in them there are 2 bedrooms ( 1 with a king bed and the other...

"Toilet seats in the master bedroom was stained with pee!!! Poor housekeeping in my point of view (yucks!). In addition, there were all sorts of stains on the floor of the bathrooms. Lack of attention in the bathroom it seems.
The AC was noisy on and off every 10 mins (ticketing and whooshing sounds) in the master bedroom. Kitchen ac also noisy (loud fan blower). These are easily fixable with proper maintenance.
Everything else was pretty good besides the above."

"Hotel's ground floor is nice, simple & with the unique lift.
However, there's ants on the walls, not sure why. Stayed for one night.
- Location is great as it's near the famous Night Market & a supermarket next door.
- A nice cosy coffee shop nearby.
