"The checkin process was smooth and completely digital. The cabin we got was a lakeside cabin with great views. Unfortunately, it was raining the whole evening and throughout the night into the next morning so we couldn't explore the rest of the outdoors. "The location was great. The check-in process was not good. We follow the instructions and the automated system was in Norwegian and we couldn’t understand what it was telling us. Thanks to a guest of the hotel who helped us get through the front door so we could check-in. Also the confirmation of the booking indicated that there would be breakfast delivered to our room, but nothing came for both mornings that we stayed. The room was good, but the bathroom was very hot and tiny."
