"The room was clean and modern and had all the amenities of a kitchenette. The property had a huge pool and its own beach club which was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. The whole property still has construction going on, it didn't bother us at all and we didn't hear it from the room. Overall very good value for money. I do wish the shower had hotter water and better water pressure."

"The check-in process needs to be better. We stood in line for over 40 min and the lobby was a madhouse. The folks behind the counter were definitely moving on island time and did not seem very enthusiastic. I think the 1st people you see make a huge impression and this needs work. The staff beyond that were great. We stayed in a room with a private pool which we appreciated because the pools were also madhouse, at one point having a foam party. The beach was lacking, dirty and not a bit inviting. It was very packed. The food at the buffet was mediocre. The Italian restaurant alright. The Mexican restaurant was the only one we said we would go back to, it was delicious. The casino looks like it's from the 80s and the disco is pretty small with nothing to it. All in all, I think this is a resort that locals may come to more. If you're traveling from outside the DR, pick a different location as this would not make a good 1st impression. I love coming to the DR and this was not a great representation of it."

Our room was spotless, with a perfectly comfortable bed and an ocean-view balcony that made each morning feel special. Waking up to that view alone was worth the trip. The food was equally impressive—both the buffet and the specialty restaurants offered exceptional quality and variety, making every meal something to look forward to and well worth the cost of our stay. A special thank you to Lucy at the concierge desk, who went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. She provided thoughtful recommendations, handled our reservations seamlessly, and delivered truly top-notch service throughout. The birthday surprise she arranged—a banner on our door—was such a personal and memorable touch that meant a lot to both of us. We stayed for four nights, and honestly, it still didn’t feel like enough. Iberostar set a high bar, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit."

"This place is incredible I highly recommend it, if you are looking to stay at a calm , relaxing and peaceful place. The music is pleasant and relaxing never loud or overwhelming. Chill vibes for families and a sense of safety. If you are looking for rest/relaxation please book now. Its so beautiful with a variety flowers and tropical plants throughout the entire property and a pristine beach everything is well maintained. I stayed at a tiny house right in front of the beach the porch outside is very cute and the rooms are large air conditioned and fashionably decorated, simply and beautifully decorated and they are also available to bring drinks on request to the beach. They have a small shop with cute beach clothes and artisan made purses, bracelets and some bathing auits, toothpaste, pads, flip flops ,toothbrushes. I loved every minute and spent most of my time at the beach where they have ample hammocks and palm covered coves for beach chairs and wood tables to place drinks in.I'd like to have my wedding here and will be returning and staying longer <3. Ruth our server was really sweet and friendly, the staff is doing great work. The only recommendation would be a dedicated house for hair-dos and make up to take photos. One staff available that does hair in one of the little houses and make up for photos. Also I didnt ask service or childcare options but since its a small place I dont know if available. "The property was good. The best restaurant was the blue lagoon. We had a couples massage that was outstanding; thank you Aracely and Reina. We went on an excursion to ride horses on the beach, which was very nice. Some of the restaurants did leave a little bit to be desired and having to take a shuttle everywhere wasn’t always fun. However, the staff at the resort is it’s best asset. Friendly, caring, accommodating, they made it all worthwhile!"
