"It was difficult to adjust the A/C. The room was clean. Nice easy walk-in shower with a grab bar. Not great water pressure. Towels were pretty thin. Never saw a smoke detector in the room. Restaurant was nice with reasonable prices."

"The building and the rooms were nice- soft towels, quality shower products. Its a boutique hotel with some antique flair. We had 2 stays separated by a few days where we saw some family. We stayed in suites so we would have some kitchen access. Though there was a microwave, they had no plates or mugs that could safely be used- there were only glass plates and drinking glasses. The chairs in the rooms were not very comfy. But most surprising was that we only saw any staff the first day, before we received the room codes. There is no elevator and so we had to carry our bags up and down 1-2 flights of steep stairs- no so easy for us retirees. That first day we had some assistance as the innkeepers son happened to be around."
