"Matthias and Emilie were very gracious hosts. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Their beautiful animals were immediately our friends. We decided to have their dinner and it was amazing as was the breakfast. A bonus was we met another couple that stayed the night and became good friends with them as well. "The proprieter and his wife are very interested in pleasing their guests. The accommodation was quite lovely..........but up a steep flight of circular stairs. It lacked a seating area and a chest of drawers. The home-made jams ere wonderful when matched with the fresh croissants in the morning."

"Food is excellent and we were made very welcome despite arriving late for dinner after a long drive. The chateau itself is a lovely building in a beautiful setting and is furnished with an eclectic mix of antique and modern. Atmosphere is relaxed and informal. We didn’t have time to use the spa facilities but will do next time we visit."

"My husband and I had an incredible stay at Chateau De Ferrand! We stayed for only one night and the room, food, wine, and hospitality were out of this world! We wish we could have stayed longer. Balthazar and Elliot were very attentive, kind, and even gave us recommendations for the next stop on our trip. The views of the vineyards were lovely and it was quiet and serene. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it!"
