"Had a lovely few days at this hotel. Very warm welcome from hotel staff who showed us to the room and were very helpful with booking taxis etc. We stayed in a room with pool access and the room was lovely, very modern and clean as was the hotel in general. Breakfast was plenty with a good choice of food, all fresh each day. Pool and pool area was very clean, was lovely eating breakfast outside at the tables and chairs located by the pool. "We recently stayed 3 nights at Heritage Grand Perast and were deeply disappointed by the service. For a hotel charging luxury rates, the local staff were consistently unfriendly, unhelpful, and at times came across as vindictive when we raised concerns or asked for assistance.
