"Lovely staff, great breakfast though they cooked wrong order they were so apologetic we almost felt bad. Checkin staff were great. The hotel is in ancient buildings so don't expect noise insulation, double glazing etc. The room was clean, large and comfortable. Bathroom was bit cramped but clean and good water pressure. Our room was one first floor over hotel entrance. Might have been noisy earlier but we were out till midnight and had no issues. Lovely location in olde worlde town centre....

"The staff at the Bell Hotel and Inn were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the Inn was lovely with lots of fresh continental and cooked choices. Very nice breakfast. The room were very clean but could do with a bit of TLC and upgrading as they looked old and tired. For this I reason I only give 4 stars (also the tv in both mine and my parents rooms weren’t working). The staff get a full 5 stars as they are so pleasant. Would stay here again as Woburn is a beautiful market...

Cleaning staff knocking on our doors at 9:30 to ask us to leave keys in door (fine) but also reminding us check out was at 10 made us feel like we were being rushed out of our rooms (we knew what time check out was)"

"It was largely nice but wouldn’t say it was value for money. There was a speaker in the room but was set up for an old iPhone and had no option for Bluetooth connection. Then there was the bar snack/tapas we had in the evening. The food was nice but v small portions so again didn’t feel great value for money. "staff are very helpful. The food was amazing, but there is a little room for improvement on the accommodation marks on the walls. TV aerial cable draped over light fittings, and personally I would’ve liked blackout curtains as the room was very illuminated from outside lighting. but that said I would definitely stay there again. "Why do hotel designers think it is OK to have an ensuite bathroom with no door? A curtain is not an adequate replacement for a door. This was a big issue for us. Also the only seating in our room was 1 dining chair and 1 stool when there was room for something more comfortable. I don't want to have to sit on the bed, particularly at the price this hotel came in at. Everything else was very good."
