Hotel Empire was the perfect stay for us. The location is most convenient; the room was comfortable and clean; the staff was helpful, efficient, and friendly; the included breakfast was excellent. If you are visiting Luxemborg via train or plane, the front door of the hotel is literally across the street from the train station tram stop - it runs every few minutes and is only a couple minutes to the city center (which is also walking distance, but with free excellent public transport no need). There is a great bakery next door to the hotel. Yes, you get the typical mix of people outside a train station, but security is present and the hotel is secure; we didn't have any concerns even well after dark. We will stay here on our next trip to Luxemborg.
