"Excellent location and great service!"

"Nice outdoor pool"

"This is a stunning hotel in the West Bank of the Nile in Luxor. The hotel offers a boat across to the east bank whenever you need it, which is super convenient. It is full of charm and the staff are lovely. The swimming pool is great and breakfast is plentiful. We stayed in the Lapis room which was lovely although the bed is small and quite hard! There may be other rooms with larger beds…? The formidable Marina runs the place and she’ll tell you her fascinating life story. Note the hotel...

"Since the very first moment I booked the property they have been attentive. I arrived in the middle of the night and I was picked up and taken to the hotel by the owner. If you're looking for a tour or activities to do, he has you covered and if you have any questions he is also willing to answer them. Can't complain, the peace and quiet of the hotel and the very mesmerizing view is amazing."

"There are people outside the hotel ready to pounce on the tourists. Luxor is extremely impoverished and you are basically trapped in the hotel. There is nothing to do outside of it and you will be harassed every time you leave the premises. The walls are not soundproofed and there was construction next door at the new botel being built so you hear a lot of disturbances."

"Great hotel for a stay in Luxor. Easy access to the public ferry lets you stay in the quieter West Bank but still be minutes away from the temples on the East Bank. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location with an amazing view of the Nile from the breakfast balcony."

"Lovely hotel, great location, very helpful staff however temperamental WiFi."

"Our stay at the Steigenberger Nile Palace was exceptional! From the beautiful property, fantastic pool, and breathtaking Nile views to the phenomenal staff, everything exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was a 10/10, our welcome drink and room service dinner were wonderful, and our sunset dinner overlooking the Nile was unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond, even helping us retrieve my husband’s phone after a difficult tour experience. Their kindness and hospitality made all the...

"Very easy to get around and breakfast and good."

"ホテルの目の前がタクシーが集まる場で、出かける度にしつこく声をかけられたのが無ければいいホテルでした。朝食も美味しく、ルーフトップでのティータイム、ルクソール神殿も歩いていけて立地も良いです。"

"We loved our stay . People that worked at the hotel were so kind and helpful . Special shout out to Bashar . He drove us anywhere , took great care of us and became our friend . The rooftop restaurant , pool and bar overlooked the Hatshepsut , Ramses , Valley of the Kings sites . Absolutely a great place to stay and become a great part of your trip ."

"Staff and location are amazing. Great food. Solo traveler approved."

"My stay at the Nile Compound Hotel was amazing! The hotel is a garden oasis surrounded by the beautiful farmland of Luxor. I could not have picked a better place to stay. Mr Yousef and the rest of the staff were spectacular! Mr Yousef arranged my transportation to several sites and always made sure I was enjoying myself. The food, especially the breakfast, were always delicious and they even gave me a breakfast before my early morning flight back to Cairo. I am so glad I chose to stay at...

"Fantastic hotel, with great views over the Nile and amazing staff that went above and beyond to help with everything and anything. Restaurant great as well and everything was done easily with no stress or complication."

"Struttura molto bella e curata con un bel giardino ed una rilassante piscina. Le stanze sono ampie con terrazzino. Noi avevamo all inclusive e ci siamo trovati bene. Tutti molto gentili e servizievoli. Il WiFi funziona solo in reception. Colazione varia con omelette fatte al momento e succo all ibiscus fatto da loro. Si arriva con una passeggiata di un quarto d ora o con tuk tuk all imbarco delle barche che portano sull altra riva del Nilo. Consigliatissimo"
