Hotel Royal Luzern

"The hotel is 10 -15 min walk to Chapel Bridge, sitting on a hill above the lake front. Charming hotel, very friendly and polite staff. The room was rather small and it looked like it needs to be renovated a little bit but we stayed for one night only, so we didn’t mind. The bathroom looked renovated and clean which is always very important to us. We opted to have breakfast there (about 30 franks per person). It was a nice spread of breakfast items in a beautiful dinning room. We would recommend the hotel and would probably stay there again."

"A wonderful hotel in a beautiful location on the shore of Lake Lucerne. Room was well equipped, spacious and clean with stunning views over the lake. Staff were polite and very helpful. Excellent dining options available both in the hotel and within walking distance."

"I enjoyed my stay it was very close to the train station. Check in was easy and fast. The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. I need some help with planning my day and the young lady at night in the front desk. Was very helpful with guidance. We checked out very early and had no issues leaving the property. Would definitely stay again and recommend it."

"Close to the bahnhof and easy bus transportation to the old town. Staff is extremely helpful (shoutout to Alexandra) and the bed was super comfortable. Their breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. Plenty of walkable shops and restaurants."
