"Our experience at this hotel, under Ron’s ownership, was a mess. Upon check-in, I specifically confirmed multiple times with the staff that my small dog was allowed. I was told the pet fee was included—no issues. Fast forward one day, suddenly I’m told dogs aren’t allowed, and I was slapped with a $300 cleaning fee. "This place is very clean and everybody was very friendly. However, the bed was awful. I don't think I've ever attempted sleeping in a bed this horrible. My entire body hurt the next day."

"We went to Walmart at 10:40pm to buy sheets, pillows, and pillowcases because it was too late to find a new hotel. There wasn’t a surface in our room, including the bedding, the inner sheets, and the towels, that wasn’t covered in stains. The hotel is very outdated, but I never mind that in a hotel as long as it feels and looks clean. We were in shock at the stains on the comforter and the towels because it would have been impossible for the staff not to see them."
