"Quiet. Greeted by a cockroach upon entering the bathroom. That made me not want to stay there and I wouldn't even use the shower, though my family did. Air conditioning not working well. Pillows were small squares instead of normal pillows and felt like rolled up sheets instead of pillows. And there were only 3 to a bed."

"The staff is top shelf. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and linens were fresh. Parking is very convenient . The room on the other hand was not as expected for the cost. Busted tiles in the restroom. Peeling porcelain on the tub. Continues water drip from shower. Shower curtains instead of doors. Ice maker at our end of the building was not working. Hotel is nice but definitely out dated."

"Our fire alarm was going off in our room from midnight to 3 AM. The front desk guy came in and replaced the batteries, but it didn't help. My husband stayed up until 3am hitting the "reset" button because the front desk said there's nothing more they could do and maintenance wouldn't be in until 9am. We were going to ask to change rooms, but they stopped answering at the front desk; we tried calling 5 more times with no answer. We finally just unplugged it from the wall, which of course put...

"The staff is very friendly and helpful, room was clean, breakfast is very good, parking lot and location are great. Not sure why this happens, but we cannot use the pool because the water was not well maintained."
