David was excellent when checking us in. He was helpful with the car parking and other questions. The last morning of our stay we discovered that the elevator was out of service. He quickly and graciously helped us with heavy bags in spite of everything going on. Great location.

Location is good, close to river and walking distance to good restaurants. Room was clean and spacious, shower was hot and strong enough. Staff were professional and friendly, I had left my wallet behind after I checked out and the staff assisted me swiftly and were very helpful and professional.
