Yes, the room was spotless and easy to navigate, even the shower operation did not require an advanced degree in aquatic engineering. I liked the high ceilings and decor, space allotment and the bedding was flawless, both in linens and pillow/cover quality.
regarding staff: welcome was kind and efficient on Feb. 12.'26. I had a good impression and was glad to have arrived.
The checkout at 6: am on Feb. 14.'26 was less so.
The young men on duty was friendly enough but had no concept of helping a senior guest with luggage.
I managed the front stairs of the hotel, in the rain with some difficulty as I wanted to hold on to the railing as well.
This young attendant might appreciate a little more training in becoming aware of how he could enjoy his duties more and be better remembered by you guests, -- especially at the occasion of a departure in rain. -
No hard feelings, I am glad to return at another time and will recommend your hotel to friends and family.
