"My son and I stayed here to play golf at St. Anne's Old Links. Besides being a very convenient location, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. We used the fitness room, breakfast, and storee our luggage while we played. Very friendly staff. Convenient to the Northern Railway."

"Upon arrival check in was perfect very helpful member of reception staff. Room comfy and clean however very dated and In need of makeover. Booked 3 course evening meal which we wouldn't have done if knew it was set menu 3 choices only for main Pork loin, Salmon or gnocchi. Food was good though.We didn't do drink package for £19 as not that good value for money eg if had 4 pints of lager would only be £20. Wine quite expensive large glass between £9 to £12. All staff very friendly. Definitely stay again."

"Lovely stay, easy access to Lytham which I prefer. Owner very helpful. Good breakfast enjoyed being served at the table by friendly staff. Car park tight, no problem for us as there was free street parking."

"Pros: Big room,bathroom with bath and large seperate shower, balcony with views of the beach, nice breakfast although not many gluten free options, reasonable prices in bar, free parking, great location for what we wanted Cons: housekeeping inconsistent with toilet roll not replenished every day, towels changed some days but not others, balcony not swept, could have been cleaner, whole hotel is rundown/outdated. Would stay in the area again but may try a different hotel next time although not many of the hotels looked like they had seaview balconies."

"Exactly as we’d hoped, great location, lovely room and staff were very friendly. We were just missing a fan/air con so take your own if it’s hot. And we only had 2 sockets in the room. The bathroom was modern with a good shower. Good for the money and a decent buffet breakfast with plenty of cooked options and then fruit salad, yoghurt and cereals etc. There was a singer/band on doing classics outside on the front terrace and a nice family friendly atmosphere. No noisy guests or late night disruption. A respectful clientele. We managed to get on the car park once then had to park on the street overnight but that was fine. Plenty of space. The view out to sea from our room was great. I would stay again."

"Room was spotless as was public areas and the outdoor space. Staff excellent- very helpful. No complaints about food. What I would say is I don’t have any complaint about dogs in the hotel as I do like them and any I seen were well behaved but I do not think they should be allowed on the furnishings. Also safes in the room would be better placed higher up. Not ideally placed for disabled or anyone with mobility problems to access them. But overall I would be happy to stay there again."
