"We just wrapped up a fabulous stay at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Villas in San Antonio after spending the previous week at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort & Spa nearby. The difference was night and day.
From the moment we arrived at the Hyatt, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and helpfulness that continued throughout our entire stay. The customer service here is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and proactive in a way that made us feel truly welcome and cared for. It was such a refreshing change after our disappointing experience at the JW, where the friendliness and overall service fell far short of what we expected.
The resort itself is beautiful, with a relaxed Hill Country vibe, spacious and comfortable rooms, and fantastic amenities. We loved the pools, lazy river, and the peaceful grounds—everything felt well-maintained and inviting. Whether you're here for relaxation or family fun, this place delivers.
We left much happier than when we arrived, and we’d happily return (and recommend the Hyatt over the other option in the area). Thank you to the entire team for turning our trip around!"
