"The guest chair in the room was torn and there was a hole in the wall where the door knob hit the wall. Only 1 out of 3 hinges of the connecting door to the adjacent room was attached to the door frame. We had to use that door to enter our relative's room when our brother-in-law fell in the bathroom.
