"The building needs to be condemned. They advertise “New Rooms” on their sign in LARGE letters, and yet there is NO such existence of ANY such thing!!!! There was also a dog in a room on our floor that barked ALL night long!

"The bedding was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The sheets had visible hair and skin flakes on them, making it obvious they had not been changed after the previous guest. The pillows were also filthy, with large sweat stains clearly visible. "
