This ins a truly unique hotel. Three private cabañas in a beautifully landscaped setting. It has all been sensitively done by the owners. Our room was so clean with a lovely shower, fresh towels, comfy beds. It is what you would term rustic, but don't let that fool you into thinking it wasn't a bit of luxury! Adone is a marvellous host, really friendly and knowledgeable about the sights to visit in the surrounding areas, especially avoiding the tourist traps, and promoting the more eco-friendly...

Great hotel. Service and food are outstanding. My only complaint might be that my booked "junior suite with ocean view" technically had ocean view if you count a tiny sliver of blue on the horizon. Apart from that the place is insanely comfortable clean and well organized and that in a huge jungle area. It's also very professionally las Vegas style American which may be a pro or con depending on what you looking for. So all in all amazing hotel. Just don't sell somethibg as ocean view if you...

Beautiful hotel, loved the private pool! 2 beautiful cenote's just moments away. Helpful staff. You can't really make full use of the gorgeous bathtubs as the water doesn't run hot long enough to fill it, but other than that no complaints ☺️ Would stay again.

Fantastic stay! The hotel was Beautiful and the staff around the resort were always friendly and helpful. Both Itzel and Nataly were wonderful and helped us with all our needs! We got engaged on our trip and the hotel made us feel very loved and special helping us celebrate this occasion!!! This hotel will forever hold a place in our hearts with its lovely food at the grotto and breakfast at the jasmine restaurant! All of the pools were wonderful as well as plenty of places to lay out and...

Compact, adults only all inclusive. Buffets had great selection, but you have access to reservation-only access to evening meals in restaurants in 4 Bahia hotels - all connected by regular shuttle services. The best restaurant we tried was the Aluz. The best thing about the hotel(s) was the staff. Excellent, friendly service. Not so keen on the rather loud pool entertainment. The ents team were great, but not conducive to relaxing with a book. Discovered hidden quiet pool a bit late. Overall,...

We loved our stay at Akumal Bay. The staff at the resort were excellent and the location was perfect. The food at the buffet was good and the evening entertainment was also very good. The only negative was the morning “fight” for the loungers at the beach and on our first day, because we arrived in the afternoon, there were no towels left. For the rest of our stay we made sure we ensured we asked for towels in the morning and we didn’t have any problems. Overall, this is a great location if...

A bit far from town centre but easy access by car or taxi .

Amazing room, helpful and friendly staff, plenty of clean facilities and great options for food!

Amazing

We left this place for the end of our trip. It was a very good decision. If you want to do nothing and just be... it is the place. We didnt have a car, so you need to take in mind yhat hopping to Tulum, reqiure Taxis. But we knew that and did not want to leave. Going Outside this is like going out of the bubble. Why pop it. There were issues. Well it is 2022, staff is a challenging issue. But management aware, and knows to be accountant about un trained staff. (Well... the owner was...

We had an amazing stay at the Conrad. Well designed modern hotel. White sands and crystal clear waters. Good selection of pools. Varied dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both the Japanese and Mexican restaurants were superb. A 15% service charge is included on all food and drink although generally this is included in the stated price. Service was outstanding. We also did a bike tour round the resort, the spa and neighbouring Hilton resort which is worth doing to get a feel for the...

Super stay at this hotel- the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would come again.
