"Nice location"

"Location was hard to find and hotel was very old and not kept up well. Front desk lady was very kind and helpful. Didn’t try breakfast, wasn’t much there and reviews said it was so poor they didn’t want to eat there."

"The staff was helpful and the room was semi-clean. It did have what we thought was the smell of smoke but being so tired we stayed in it and crashed out. The pool never was usable while we were there. The property needs to be spruced up and cleaned."

Upon entry, at 4:30 pm (check-in being at 3 pm), the receptionist was in another room and slowly sauntered to the desk, as if I was an inconvenience. I had requested a lake view room on the 4th floor. He told me that they had 70 checkouts that day and had only 1 room available at that time as the housekeepers were still working. "Clean room and great breakfast! The staff was friendly and helpful!"

"Check-In was a lengthy process… Male staff member was unkept…Shirt too small…sweatpants… The combo bath/shower has laminate base pealing…dark grout around lower wall tiles…Grout around The sink was dark and dirty looking… The interior walls of the microwave were rusted at the corners…Didn’t USE it! The TV setting wouldn’t communicate with the remote…Took Two visits by staff to get it to work…No channel Directory available… Door Lock Batteries died…couldn’t get into the room..Male Staff member...

"Conwebs and dead insects on the ceiling and upper walls. The full length vanity mirror on the bathroom removed and leaning against the wall. No shampoo in the wall bottles. Staff toes not monitor the breakfast and do not refill food items even when asked. 7 am one boiled egg left no waffle batter. 8 am still none."

"The staff was friendly but the room smelt stuffy and it was non smoking but it seemed like ppl did smoke in there. Also the bed sheet looked like it had not been changed and hair on pillows the walk ways to the room were filled of small bugs and mosquitos. Bed quality wasnt that great either. "We got to the place and looked like it may have been ran down and closed - We rang the ring bell and nothing rang it again nothing - was a note of a window call of nobody answers ring doorbell. We called and went straight sorry the person hasn’t set up a voicemail. Ended up having to ride clear back to Klamath falls to get a room. Worst ever in history for a motel or lodge as they say. Entire time the dog chained up outside kept barking and barking by a white car assume someone was around but...

"I booked this bed and breakfast the night before the check in date. I arrived at 930pm to find I should have received an access code via email in order to access the property and check in to my room. I did not receive an email with the access code and there was no staff on site. So, at 10pm I had to find other accommodations. I messaged the staff thru the Expedia app and left a voicemail. I’ve still not received a reply or a refund notice for the room night."

"We went to snowmobile and the snow didn’t cooperate but we settled in to our sweet thoughtfully detailed room. We were told it was the smallest of the rooms but as a couple we enjoyed it and the Mountain View’s. We took advantage of the eateries downstairs loving the Butcher Block grill gotta try the steak sandwiches!! So good. Loved exploring the area and coming back to the common areas and a toasty fire. The history of this place is so cool and got to have a lovely conversation with the owner...
